Car wash rules and tips
Please be advised, our car wash is under 24 hour video surveillance.
Help us keep your costs down by following our rules of no truck bed washing or washing any vehicles with excess mud.
Vehicles with excess mud may be any type of off road vehicles suck as ATV, large construction equipment, trailers or other work related vehicles.
Dumping of oil, paint, or other harsh chemicals is not permitted in the water system and is punishable under Federal law. Violators are on video camera and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.(self service bay view pic)
We do our absolute best to keep all aspects of this car wash running at 100%.
Please be advised, these credit/debit card disclaimers are located at every swipe location. If for any reason you account does not correct after a few business days, call us at 561.328.9922 so we can give you a prompt refund.
If you do notice any issues, please bring it to out attention via the attendant on site, or by calling us. We fix every issue immediately and will reimburse you for any loss you may have received! Thank you for your help with these matters!
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see a $10 pending charge to my account?
At every credit/debit card swipe location, we have a disclaimer that explains the following:
“A pre-authorization is done on each card and held for 30-45 minutes. The reason for this is to process a combined total from different stations at the car wash into one transaction. This may show as a $10.00 pending charge to your account. This usually takes 1 or 2 business days to correct to the actual charge.” To this day, we have never had a pending charge not correct itself to the proper charged based on your personal usage of our car wash. If for some reason your pending charge does not reflect your actual usage, please call us immediately so we can reimburse you the difference. Thank you!
Is your automatic car wash touch free?
Yes! The Washworld Razor is an innovative, touch-free,
in-bay automatic car wash that continues to transform touch-free car washing.
Razor is known for superior cleaning. Not only does Razor consistently measure front, rear and sides of vehicles to maintain the optimum distance between the arch and the vehicle,
the stainless-steel v-jet nozzles are strategically positioned on the spray arch to clean even the hardest of places…like under the rear window visor. Razor’s smooth radial wash motion and spray nozzles ensure complete vehicle coverage. Come on by and give it a try!
How much is your automatic car wash?
Our Touchless Razor automatic car wash has four different options to choose from ranging from $6 to $12. Please see our services page for more details!
What if my automatic car wash malfunctions?
If for any reason your automatic car wash does not complete properly, please call us at 561.328.9922. Improper customer alignment in the bay is cause for most of the automatic malfunctions. For minor issues, the machine may try to reset automatically and finish the wash. If this does not happen, pull out of the bay, pull back around and see if the machine attempts the wash again. If you cannot get your first paid wash to work, please call us and speak to someone or leave a message. We will reimburse you as soon as possible. We would recommend trying to wash it again while paying better attention to pulling in straight into the bay and lining up properly using the automated sign’s instructions. Hopefully this solves your issue and we will get back to you with the reimbursement for the previous wash. Thank you!
Do you offer hand wash or detail services?
We do not offer detailing services at this time. We have self-service hand wash bays where customers can choose a wide variety of selections to clean and polish every aspect of your beautiful ride! Tire cleaner, pre-soaking soap, foam brush soap application and wax are all available for you as soon as you get started.
What is the pricing on hand bays and vacuums?
Hand bays are $3 to get you 5 minutes of time in our bays. Vacuums start at just $2 for five minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our Razor automatic car wash, hand bays and vacuums accept credit/debit cards, cash and Tap to Pay including Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. We have a bill changer machine to break your 5’s, 10’s, and 20’s into smaller bills. We do not dispense quarters.
How can I get a receipt for my credit/debit card transaction?
Please go to MyCryptoPay.com and follow the prompts. It will ask you for information from the specific card you used at the car wash. All transactions take approximately two hours to update in the system. If you do not see your receipt right away, this could be the reason. If this is the case, please try again later or give us a call for a hand written receipt from and attendant in our office. Thank you!
We have a shampoo and spot remover machine as well as two fragrance machines on site. For just $1 to get started, you can remove all those stubborn, hard to remove stains in no time! We also offer detailing and cleaning supplies in our vending machine to have your car or truck shining like new.
What is the maximum height allowable for vehicles at your car wash?
Our Razor automatic height maximum is 7′. The hand bay maximum height is 11′. Most boats and smaller RV’s fit inside out hand wash bays. If you have any questions or concerns about height and vehicle size related issues, please contact us via the website or call us at 561.328.9922. Use a spotter when possible to help guide you into the bays. Please watch out for hanging hoses and hose booms!
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are open on all holidays as well for your convenience.
Do boats fit in your hand bays?
Yes absolutely! Most boats fit inside our hand bays. The maximum height in the hand bays is 11′. Use a spotter when possible to help guide you into the bays. Please watch out for hanging hoses and hose booms!
Will my RV fit inside your hand bays?
Most smaller RV’s do fit inside our hand bays. The maximum height is 11′. Some larger RV’s can nose into a bay and wash the front half, then back in and wash the back half when necessary. Use a spotter when possible to help guide you into the bays. Please watch out for hanging hoses and hose booms! Please call us if you have any more questions.
Do you offer unlimited wash packages?
We do not offer unlimited wash packages at this time. Please email us your interest in this feature. It may be available in the near future based on customer interest.
Do you have a discounted Fleet program for commercial vehicles?
Yes we do! We offer discounts for use in our Razor automatic car wash. Discounts are based on volume of washes purchased over time. Please call or email us for more details.
Will my antenna be ok in your automatic car wash?
Yes absolutely! Our Razor automatic is touchless! This means only soap and water will touch your vehicle.
Do you have an air compressor for my tires?
No we do not have an air compressor to inflate your automobile tires at this time.
